HEALTH BENEFITS OF WALKING

Last march my weight reached 55 kilograms in the weighing scale. For my height my weight is not advisable. my office is a 8 -10 minutes walk. Sometimes am so lazy to take my walk, or am running out of time so i will take a ride. When my sister arrived from the UK she noticed that i am becoming big in size. She told me that i should continue my walk. 4 times a day i take this path, walking along the road even how high the sun is. Now after 3 months i already noticing the benefits of my daily walk. i lose more than a kilogram! am so proud of myself. try it!

MY DAY!!!

My work today is quite tiring. Our next scheduled review will be next monday. Am a little bit stressed revising my lectures. I dont want my review last month to be the one given again to the new students. I am encoding new updates the whole day, my hands are tired but this not interfere with me to post a blog. Hello every one! This is my first post so i believe i have to say something first about myself. I am a nurse midwife by profession. I worked for a government hospital for almost 5 years. I have to resign to review for the foreign nursing exams.. Fortunately i passed all these 3 exams. While waiting for my job placement abroad i am working as a nurse reviewer in a review center here in the Philippines.
