Being new to the profession is quite difficult. Now that nurses from the Philippines are in demand abroad new nurses does not know on what to do. As a reviewer i also acted as a life coach to this new nurses. My advice is that after passing the local board exam continue to the foreign nursing exams, sacrifice a bit for it will cost you a lot of your earned money. After passing all of this exams, apply to a respected company with a job order for this job ( check POEA online). Since EB3 visa is slowly moving you now apply for a local job while waiting for your job placement in the US but since hospitals in the Philippines only accept nurse volunteers first, try to apply for nursing jobs in the Middle East. If you want the Middle East, don't apply to some agencies, they will just ask you for a placement fee. Go directly and submit your resume at the POEA main office in Manila.
