HOW TO MANAGE STRESS

Our very hectic schedule and living in rat race life brings a lot of stress. With these, stress sometimes affect our emotions and feelings that makes us hot tempered. The question now is how to manage stress. The following are just some suggestions on how to manage stress.

1. Relaxation technique - when doing some relaxation you should be away from distractions
an example of this is meditation.
- another form of relaxation is to have a lukewarm shower then lie on your
bed and listen to some classical music while having some deep breathing
2. Submit for a therapy - acupuncture is not only known in Asia but gain its popularity in the whole
world. The purpose of this therapy is to unblock and balance the flow of
chi to regain one's health
3. Massage - go for a massage in some massage parlors
4. Yoga - consist of movements, postures and breathing techniques
